We are looking for reinforcement for our team at one of our European locations, preferably in the Cologne/Bonn area, or from home.

Web Application Support Specialist (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities: 

  • Technical support for our customers during the installation of the HYPE platform
  • Configuration of authentication (SAML), interfaces, monitoring (Nagios), mail, IIS, Shibboleth, Keycloak and on-premise support (Windows, Linux), taking into account the individual needs of our customers
  • Advising our customers on IT setups for our products in complex projects
  • 1st and 2nd level support of our solution and operation of support systems, e.g. ticket systems
  • Planning and realisation of IT projects
  • System administration of the HYPE hosting environment (Google, Pulsant)
  • Testing and documentation of new IT functions of the company's own software

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training in the IT sector, preferably as an IT specialist in system integration, or professional experience as a career changer in a similar environment
  • Profound knowledge of current Microsoft Windows operating systems, common Linux distributions and very good general IT knowledge, especially Internet technologies (SSO, SAML, IdP, Keycloak, Shibboleth, MS Graph, SSL, Zertifikate, WAF)
  • An open personality with a clear customer and solution focus and a hands-on mentality to maintain a partnership with our customers
  • Several years of experience with the operation of web applications, e.g. in the Google Cloud or other hosting service providers desirable
