HYPE supports idea and innovation managers with software and services to build and grow their innovation programs. Our software gives companies a tool to collect, manage, evaluate, and execute ideas while our expert consultants provide support along the way. We love working closely with our clients, and to do that, we've spread ourselves around the world. HYPE has offices and employees across the globe, with our European headquarters in Bonn, Germany. HYPE Innovation is looking for a motivated Project Leader based in our French headquarters in the beautiful city of Lyon.


What you'll do

• You manage entire software implementation projects in innovation management.
• You assist the client from concept creation to implementation, applying best practices and adapting those to their business processes.
• You scope requirements and manage expectations and risks.
• In a project manager role, you oversee planning, communication, controlling, and monitoring.
• You perform kickoff meetings and on-site workshops.
• You train your customers to use the software and understand the innovation processes behind them.
• You document project details to ensure a smooth transition with other departments and clients.
• You support clients during maintenance mode by managing issues, e.g., bugs and change requests.
• You represent your customers and report their issues and concerns to relevant persons within HYPE.
• You work effectively with internal departments to achieve cross-departmental support for the project.


Your profile

• You have at least two years of experience as a project manager.
• You are comfortable working autonomously but are also a team player.
• You have a customer success mindset.
• Ideally, you have experience in a client-facing role. Training experience is a plus.
• You have analytical and problem-solving skills while paying attention to details.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in French, and you are fluent in English since it's the working language of HYPE.
• You are reliable and enjoy working in an international team.
• You enjoy traveling and interacting with clients onsite.
