HYPE Innovation is looking for a motivated Working Student to support our Customer Success Management team in Bonn, Germany.


What you'll do 

  • You will support the Customer Success Management team in their daily business tasks.
  • You will help to analyze and compile the data gained about the customer landscape.
  • You will learn to adapt and manipulate the HYPE software to better understand the issues our customers are facing. 
  • You  will participate in mitigation activities and targeted consulting and be trained in the necessary methods and skills.
  • You will help to monitor and moderate our customer community.
  • You will support the team in preparing presentations, sending summary reports etc.


Your profile

  •  You study Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science or a similar field of study.
  • You are comfortable working autonomously but are also a team player.
  • You have a customer success mindset.
  • You have analytical and problem-solving skills while paying attention to details.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German - skills in French would be a plus.
  • You are reliable and enjoy working in an international team.
  • You enjoy traveling and interacting with clients onsite.

What's next after you apply?


Step 1 - Interview

If your background is a match for the role, we'll set up an interview in the HYPE offices. If you live far away, we will arrange a phone or video interview with 1-2 people. Besides a colleague from HR we will also have a colleague from the team present. We want to get to know the real you, so be yourself and ask questions! We're happy to give you insights into your future role and HYPE as a company. The interview usually lasts around 60-90 minutes.


Step 2 - Meet the team

If you continue through the process, you'll come on-site for a day to feel things out. You'll breathe HYPE air, explore the office, meet your co-workers, and see how we work together. We want to make sure you have a solid basis for your decision to join the HYPE family.
