To support its growth, HYPE is looking for a motivated Experienced Project Leader* , for its French office in the beautiful city of Lyon (partial remote work is possible).

What you'll do:

• You lead software implementation projects for customers.
• You understand their innovation processes, and you train and support your customers applying best practices to achieve their goals.
• You perform on-site workshops, e.g. kick-off, training sessions and scoping workshops.
• You document the project details to ensure smooth transition to the clients.
• Planning, monitoring, managing expectations and risks are part of your project leader role.
• You also support clients during maintenance mode by managing issues, e.g., bugs and evolution requests.
• As a Customer Success team member, you take actions and make sure we constantly deliver value to your customers.
• To support your role, you will interact with many different colleagues and departments within HYPE.
  
  

Your profile:

• You are creative and dynamic.
• You are fluent in French, both spoken and written. Additionally, you have very good English skills.
• You love to work with clients, and you have done so in the past.
• You have at least 5 years of experience as a project manager.
• You are comfortable working autonomously, but you are also a good team player.
• You have a customer success mindset.
• You are reliable and enjoy working in an international team.
• You enjoy traveling and interacting with clients onsite.
