To support its growth, HYPE is looking for a motivated Presales & Project Leader, for its French office in the beautiful city of Lyon (Remote work is also possible).

What you'll do:

  • You work directly with the country manager to support the presales activities in France.
  • You conduct product presentations and demonstrations to qualified prospects.
  • You translate the requirements of the prospect into technology solutions which HYPE can deliver.
  • You manage the relationships with the French Partners of HYPE
  • As a project leader, you lead software implementation projects for customer.
  • You understand their innovation processes, and you train and support your customers to achieve their goals.
  • You also support clients during maintenance mode by managing issues, e.g., bugs and change requests.
  • To support your role, you will interact with many different colleagues and departments within HYPE.

Your profile:

  • You are creative and dynamic.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in French, and you have a good level in English.
  • You love to work with clients, and you have done so in the past.
  • You have at least five years of experience as a project manager.
  • You are comfortable working autonomously, but you are also a good team player.
  • You have a customer success mindset.
  • You are reliable and enjoy working in an international team.
  • You enjoy traveling and interacting with clients onsite.
