Maike, a biotechnology and chemistry graduate, became a TRIZ expert in 2018 and now works as an independent consultant combining creativity with scientific approaches. She started in Innovation Management at Gerresheimer AG in 2020 and became Head of Innovation in 2021, focusing on strategic innovation management, innovation as a service, and global partner management. With over 10 years of experience, she empowers colleagues and customers to innovate.

Sisirnath Sangireddy Global Innovation Enabler Epiroc

He is an entrepreneurial catalyst with over a decade of experience leading greenfield initiatives at Atlas Copco and Epiroc. With a background in Computer Science Engineering and a Master’s in Industrial and Interaction Design, he has driven innovation and built high-performing teams. He teaches design thinking, coaches young entrepreneurs, and co-founded the Foster Program at Epiroc to promote innovation and community collaboration.
