Account Manager SaaS (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Managing an exciting portfolio of well-known clients
  • Building and maintaining sustainable and personalised customer relationships
  • The customer's success comes first - use everything HYPE has to offer, from software and consulting to our events
  • Organising customer meetings to intensify the relationship, online and on site
  • Selling renewals and contract management
  • Reporting on the commercial development of your customer portfolio
  • Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Attending conferences and trade fairs

Your profile:

  • Completed studies in the field of business administration, economics or commercial/technical training with appropriate further training or similar career path
  • Several years of international professional experience in customer success management / account management, ideally in the B2B & SaaS sector
  • An open personality with a clear customer and solution orientation
  • Proven practical experience with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot, MS Dynamics) as well as MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus
  • Willingness to travel (up to 25%)
