Choose the Format That Fits the Conversation

Different challenges need different rooms.

From a full day of peer exchange at a client site to a tightly curated roundtable, HYPE events are designed to create useful conversations between people carrying comparable responsibilities.

Exchange Events

Deep peer exchange for practitioners responsible for programs and outcomes.

A full day with 30 to 50 practitioners who carry responsibility for innovation, idea management, improvement, or transformation.

The purpose is not to present polished success stories. It is to compare how organizations are making decisions, solving operational challenges, and turning programmes into outcomes.

Bring a question your team is working through. Hear how peers have approached it. Discuss what worked, what did not, and what you might do differently.

The day combines practical cases from the host and other participants, facilitated working sessions, informal peer exchange, and usually a look inside the host organization.

No keynote marathon. No product pitch.

Exchange Events run in two parallel series — Idea Management and Innovation Management — so the people in the room are dealing with comparable questions. The event language is stated on every listing.

Circle Events

A smaller room for a more focused conversation.

A half-day roundtable for 15 to 20 people, by invitation.

The group is deliberately small enough for everyone to contribute and curated around people facing comparable challenges.

Short impulse talks open the conversation. From there, the discussion belongs to the group.

The goal is simple: leave with a clearer view of the problem, practical perspectives from peers, and a small number of relationships worth continuing after the event.

Organizations can also host Circle Events for their own regional or professional network. HYPE supports the programme, facilitation, speakers, and participant curation.
