Chris Docherty has just clicked past twenty years of full-time experience in Innovation Management. He was dropped into the action following a career in factory process automation, moving into an innovation leadership role within Cargill Europe. From there, he began a career in innovation consulting with global brands including KLM, Ferrari, Formula 1, Novartis, and Bayer.
Chris is passionate about encouraging his clients to embrace the heart of innovation — to act with courage, challenge cultural norms, and apply extreme creativity to the work they do. After two decades in the business, he believes the time is right for a new Golden Age of Innovation — one that turns curiosity into capability, and ideas into meaningful change.
