We’re expanding our North American sales team and are looking for a seasoned 
 
Enterprise Account Manager (AE) (m/f/d) - Hybrid, Laval
 
Location: Hybrid, Laval

Your responsibilities

As a key member of our North American sales team, reporting into the Regional Director, North America, you’ll drive growth by winning new clients, building strong relationships, and supporting long-term customer success for Enterprise-grade organizations across the United States and Canada. You will:

  • Identify and close new business opportunities, turning prospects into long-term partners
  • Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts
  • Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives
  • Coordinate internal HYPE resources to meet customer business needs
  • Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Customer Success Managers, Services and SDRs
  • Lead RFPs, RFIs, and evaluation processes
  • Share HYPE value proposition new and/or existing customers
  • Travel up to 25% to meet clients and attend key events

Your profile

  • Average of 5 years of full cycle sales experience, with at least 3 in tech
  • Proven experience and success in new logo selling (Hunter role) and managing existing customer accounts to drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Ability to build and deliver presentations to your customers
  • Ability to strategize with a large extended team
  • Strong project management aptitudes
