Now, we’re expanding our team and are looking for a
IT Administrator (m/f/d)
Location: Montreal, On-Site
Your responsibilities
- Install, administer, and maintain IT services, hardware, and software, including configuration and management of cloud applications in Microsoft 365
- Coordinate IT-related requests and provide comprehensive client management and support for employees, both remotely and on-site in Montreal
- Ensure smooth IT operations by analyzing and resolving technical issues and conducting performance analyses
- Administer virtual server environments (VMware)
- Maintain and manage releases and updates of standard software
- Perform backup and recovery procedures
- Administer and further develop Microsoft Dynamics and Business Central
- Actively contribute to exciting internal IT projects
Your profile
Must-have
- Solid knowledge of at least two of the following operating systems: Microsoft Windows, Linux, or Apple, along with strong general IT knowledge
- Confident working with Microsoft technologies (Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Entra ID)
- Experience with PowerShell, databases (e.g., MS SQL)
- Strong experience in administering Microsoft Dynamics and Business Central
Nice to have- Completed vocational training in IT or a comparable qualification through professional experience
- Experience in administering firewall systems
- Extensive experience with AI applications and their centralized management
- Very good English skills; German language skills are a plus
