Senior SaaS Implementation Project Manager (m/f/d)

Location: India, Middle East

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will manage multiple customer implementation projects from kick-off to go-live. Our projects typically run between one and three months and focus on implementing and configuring HYPE's SaaS platform for international enterprise customers. This is a highly operational customer implementation role that combines customer communication, solution implementation, coordination, and delivery.

  • Manage several software implementation projects simultaneously from project kick-off through successful go-live.
  • Take full ownership of project planning, budget tracking, and proactive risk management to ensure high-quality delivery. 
  • Translate complex business needs of our customers into solution designs and functional configurations to ensure seamless project delivery.  
  • Act as the primary contact for customers throughout the implementation phase and coordinate closely with internal teams.
  • Initial configuration of HYPE’s Idea and Innovation Management SaaS Solution.
  • Conduct client training and workshops (remotely or on-site) to ensure successful software adoption. 

Your profile

  • Several years of experience managing software implementation or customer delivery projects in a SaaS or software environment.
  • Experience coordinating multiple parallel customer projects with relatively short implementation cycles.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Innovation Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.  
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, Scrum Master or equivalent) is an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills combined with a structured solution- and customer-oriented mindset.  
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to understand complex topics and explain them in a clear and structured way.  
  • Full professional proficiency in English. Proficiency in Arabic or/and German is a significant advantage. 
  • Willingness to travel internationally. Existing eligibility to travel to Germany is an advantage.
