Senior (Software) Project Manager (m/f/d)

Location: India, Middle East

Your responsibilities

  • Lead and orchestrate complex, large scale software implementation projects in the field of Innovation Management.
  • Take full ownership of project planning, financial controlling, and proactive risk management to ensure high-quality delivery. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for your clients, focusing on sustainable project success and alignment with project goals. Oversee the technical integration and bespoke configuration of HYPE solutions to meet the complex needs of large-scale global enterprises. 
  • Conduct client training and workshops (remotely or on-site) to ensure successful software adoption.  
  • Act as a strategic mediator between clients and internal teams, translating complex business needs into technical specifications and vice versa to ensure seamless project delivery.  

Your profile

  • Several years of proven experience in leading IT/ software implementation projects, ideally in an international or enterprise environment.  
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Innovation Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.  
  • Ideally certified in IPMA®, PRINCE2, or as a Scrum Master. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills combined with a structured solution- and customer-oriented mindset.  
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to understand complex topics and explain them in a clear and structured way.  
  • Full professional proficiency in German and English. Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage. 
  • Ability to structure, plan, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
