Web Application Support Specialist (m/f/d) 

Location: Montreal

Your responsibilities

  • Support our customers through the installation and setup of HYPE web applications
  • Configure authentication (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, LDAP), integrations, monitoring, IIS, Shibboleth, Keycloak, and on-premises environments (Windows/Linux) tailored to customer needs
  • Advise clients on IT architectures and setups for our products in complex projects
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level support and manage our support systems, such as ticketing platform
  • Manage the planning and implementation of IT projects
  • System administration for the HYPE hosting environment (Google Cloud)
  • Test and document new IT features in our proprietary software

Your profile

  • Professional experience in IT, preferably in system integration, or equivalent experience in a related technical environment
  • Strong knowledge of current Microsoft Windows operating systems, common Linux distributions, and solid overall IT skills, especially in internet technologies (SSO, SAML, IdP, Keycloak, Shibboleth, MS Graph, TLS, certificates, WAF)
  • Open-minded, customer-focused, and solution-driven, with a hands-on approach to build strong, partnership-based relationships with clients
  • Several years of experience in managing web applications, ideally in Google Cloud or with other hosting providers
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
