If your background is a match for the role, we'll send you a small coding challenge including two assessments. Both assessments are rather short, so you should not spend more than 60 minutes solving them. Don't worry, we won't base our decisions solely on some challenging result alone - but we focus on candidates who will try their best and have fun with those little tasks.
If you successfully solved the exercise, we'll set up a phone or video interview with 1-2 people. We want to get to know the real you, so be yourself and ask questions! We're happy to give you insights into your future role and HYPE Innovation as a company. As a rule, an interview lasts about 60 minutes.
If you continue through the process, you’ll meet with a selection of key colleagues, get to speak to them about their experiences of working with HYPE, and experience our culture. On this "Open Day", we want to make sure you have a solid basis for your decision to join the HYPE Innovation family.
