Health Check

Many clients appreciate a review of their implementation once it’s been established. HYPE will make an assessment of the progress to date, taking into account your goals and our view of what works for clients with similar needs.

Your Idea Management Health Check will include a review of your existing approach and application configuration in order to make recommendations based upon your objectives and our best practices, and to improve the effectiveness of your program.

The Health Check is designed to be flexible to your needs, often this includes a review of the detailed metrics associated with your program and a comparison to best practices we’ve seen from other clients at a similar level of experience, and similar outcomes.

The result of a Health Check will always include a set of recommendations to help you to deliver better outcomes matched to your stakeholders’ needs. These recommendations may include process or configuration changes, but also softer factors such as communications and management support.
